Divergent

Happy Monday Everyone
Today I'm going to be reviewing the book Divergent by Veronica Roth. I've only read the first two in the series but I still wanted to do this. (I will also add my opinion of the movie in here as well). 
This is a series that follows teenager Beatrice "Tris" Prior as she discovers who she is in the dystopian society that defines the citizens within five factions--Dauntless, Amity, Candor, Erudite, Abnegation. 

 
I really enjoyed the first two and can't wait to read the third and final book. It was definitely a new and fun thing to read about. I know a lot of people say that it is a lot like The Hunger Games and I can see that however, I think it is very very different from the Hunger Games--while having a similar dystopian style it is still it's own series and it is really amazing. 
I found the movie to be absolutely amazing. It was followed the book extremely well. It is one of the best adaptations of a book I've seen lately. It comes out on DVD August 5th so do definitely check that out when it's out.
