Impulse by Ellen Hopkins

Today’s review is on the book Impulse by Ellen Hopkins. It is a book about three troubled teens who have attempted to commit suicide and have to cope with their issues in a hospital. These three teens come from different pasts but all have one death wish. They need to come together to help each other with their issues.

I really enjoyed this book. The main thing that readers need to be aware of when reading Ellen Hopkins novels is that they are quite deep and detailed, even so they bring to your attention the reality behind things like these. It is something I think many people should read and at least be somewhat knowledgeable of. It is a great read and her writing style is absolutely capturing. I love Ellen Hopkins novels completely and have read a lot of them. (I’m planning on doing more posts reviewing other books of hers, so don’t be surprised to see them.) (This was also the first book of hers I read).
