The Librarians...
So it has happened...
This dreaded day...
Thursday, March 8th 2018. The Librarians was cancelled by TNT.
Needless to say, I am heartbroken. This show is so incredible, from the intriguing storylines to the wonderful characters. There is really nothing about this show I don't love. I was there from the very first episode and I'm so happy to have gotten even four seasons. They were absolutely fantastic and I want to thank everyone involved for helping make something so perfect. I'm so thrilled with the cast and creators; they are so kind.
I could go on for days about my love for this show, (I have a separate post for why you should watch) but I really just want to bid it a warm-hearted farewell.
From TNT that is.
If for some reason this manages to be seen by anyone who
1. Works for a network or has some way of giving this show a new home
2. Practices magic, and can cast a spell to give this show a new home
3. Has extreme luck with praying, and can get this show a new home
4. Really anything that could get this show a new home (INCLUDING shouting from rooftops and/or typing it out on social media).
PLEASE DO IT!
I don't want to lose this show. (I'm not the only one either).
There really isn't anything else quite like it and it's too perfect to end so soon. There's still so many things to learn about the characters and that world in general. More artifacts to discover and people to save. More jokes, more love, and more magic to be shared.
If you haven't seen it or don't know what I'm talking about: go on Hulu, binge watch it, cry that it got cancelled, then rant about the loss on Twitter.
