DIY Holiday Mugs

First I apologize for not updating the nails. Now today I decided to share with you a cute little holiday gift you could make easily.
I first went to the craft store (Michael's) and bought four Craft Smart Premium Oil-Based Paint Pens (Green, Red, Gold, and White). While I was there I looked for (but didn't find) mugs. Then I went to the Family Dollar and found $1 Red Mugs. (Later I went to Walmart and got white mugs for $3ish dollars--I haven't decorated those yet). I decorated three of those. (Sorry for the crappy picture I took it with my phone)

I decorated them in a Christmassy theme (I think) and did fairly good job (IMO). I also put little clear bags with Coal Chocolates ($.99 at Food Lion), a candy cane, and hot cocoa tied with red glitter ribbon in the mugs.
I just think this is a good and easy gift for your family or friends that is very thoughtful and isn't too hard on your wallet. Not to mention they're super fun to make. I'm seriously considering making one for myself because I enjoyed it so much.I hope this helps if you were stuck without an idea.

I also hope that this holiday season is wonderful for you and your loved ones. I wish you a Merry Christmas (for those that don't celebrate it: Happy (insert Holiday here)) and a wonderful New Year.
Thanks for visiting my blog and be sure spread its existence.
