Hey guys

Hey you guys,
So things have been moving pretty slowly on my end. I did post a new video (here) and will be filming a review of The Program by Suzanne Young this week (tomorrow hopefully). I can't do it today as I have a house showing later on (fingers-crossed). Filming and editing is kind of an all-day event for me. I also want to find a new location to film as I feel like that corner of my room is quite cluttered and it kind of bothers me when I edit. 

So I had a bit of a doggy-health scare last week. My husky Mya (see pic below of the goof) had some weird internal mass that showed up on an X-ray, the vet had no idea what it was. They did an ultra sound and luckily it wasn't cancer or anything too bad. Basically her back is just messed up--it's almost like she's pulled a muscle but she'll be fine. She has been put on bed-rest (VERY unwillingly) and is given pain medication once a day. I am so glad that she is okay though. I was very worried.

We did manage to get an offer on our house. Unfortunately the guy was a jerk. He came here after his allotted time, stayed way longer than his originally scheduled 15 minutes, and broke the door to the pump house as well as our front screen door (for some reason our realtor is not holding him accountable for that either). His offer was $40,000 below list price (which is basically the price of the property without the house), plus he wanted the washing machine, dryer, and fridge. We countered with $5,000 below list and no to the dryer, which is very reasonable as our house was originally listed (and valued) at about $20,000 above that (I think). He countered back with the EXACT SAME offer as before. We just said no and are moving on.

We hope that the folks coming today will be interested. It would be perfect timing to get into the house we want. It's double the size of our current house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 stories. It's brand new and has a good sized upstairs loft (which I would claim for my "living space" also where I would probably film). It's just a really nice place. It won't be ready--however 'till mid September. But if these people don't want the house there is absolutely no telling how long we will be stuck here.

P.S. I have recently started watching a YouTuber called Adrian Bliss if you haven't heard of him definitely go check him out. I've been watching is Vlune series. He is awesome.

Hey so I filmed the video today but my camera is dead and I don't have anymore batteries (my camera literally went through 3 pairs of batteries in less than 15 minutes of filming). Hopefully I'll get more today and I'll have the video up either Monday or Tuesday.
